This engine, still in beta, searches twelve large development agencies. The engine helps to identify which agencies are active in a policy field, or who takes up the research of, say, the Center for Global Development or the Overseas Development Institute.
The engine currently includes Australian Aid (AusAID), DANIDA (Denmark), Department for International Development (DfID), Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Europe Aid, German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), New Zealand Aid Programme (NZAID), Norwegian Agency for Development (NORAD), Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA), Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and as currently the only non-state donor, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF).
(Due to the structure of their websites, the Dutch and Finnish development organizations are harder to search as they are deeply integrated into the foreign ministry websites. We are testing workarounds. The World Bank is not included as it is targeted in other engines.)
The engine still is in beta. Any additional suggestions? Let us know.
